Sarah and Brian had a fairytale backyard wedding in Suffolk, Virginia. When I say fairytail, I mean it guys! Maybe it was the combination of Sarah and Brian being such a lovely couple and the beautiful light we got pouring through the trees the whole evening. Whatever was making their wedding day magical, you could feel it!
I met Brian in college, where we bonded over basketball. One day he called me up randomly and told me that he had met Sarah and they were engaged and planning their wedding! I was thrilled for him and couldn't wait to meet his bride to be!
Sarah was just glowing all day and Brian was totally smitten! The two of them got married at golden hour among the trees, surrounded by close family and friends, with the beautiful water of Lake Cohoon shimmering in the background. The whole evening just seemed perfect, starting with Sarah and Brian's stunning first dance as the sun set behind them. Their dance was followed by some really heartfelt toasts to the bride and groom and hours of dancing into the night (with lightning bugs all around - did I say magical?) What I loved most about Sarah and Brian's wedding was how simple, yet so elegant and beautiful it was! It was an honor to capture the love of a good friend and his sweet bride!
