Let's capture your love
Your love story is uniquely you and it is my goal to capture just that for you! From your engagement session to your wedding day, I want you to feel free to laugh and be yourselves. Every couple I meet is different and the love they share is uniquely their own. It's important to me to discover and truly capture what is special about you, as a couple, and for all of us to genuinely enjoy spending this important time together. What I strive to do for my couples is bring you a special and memorable experience by going above and beyond what is expected. I care for you as my client and friend and make it a priority to serve your needs throughout the entire wedding experience. Decades from now, I want you to be able to re-live your day through your photos, remembering all of the joy and happiness you felt, having something tangible to remember your day with and cherish for a lifetime.
The Process
Preparing for Your Big Day
Getting To Know Each Other
After you get in touch, we will set up a meeting to talk more about your wedding and what your hopes and dreams are for your day! We will either meet for coffee or, if you are far away, set up a time to Skype and get to know each other a bit more. At our meeting, we will talk about what is most important to you in your wedding photography experience and I will answer any questions that you have! I always want you to know what to expect from me throughout the entire process!
Planning And Prep For Your Big Day
You put a lot of time and energy into planning your perfect wedding and I want to help you make the process as easy as possible! I am always happy to answer any questions you have along the way and provide any helpful resources for you. One thing we will do together is plan out your perfect photography timeline of your wedding day to be sure that every important moment is captured the way that you hope! We will continue to talk throughout the planning process and will have one final check in before your big day to make sure everything is all set to go!
Engagement Photography
Engagement sessions are not only fun, but you can really be yourselves and let your personalties shine! Plus, they give us a chance to get to know each other and give you a chance to feel comfortable in front of the camera before your big day! It's important to me to get to know who you are as a couple before your wedding day so I can truly capture who you are when the day comes! You can also be creative and really let your personality come through by doing a session that represents you. For example, some of my couples have incorporated cooking, CrossFit, the beach, a hike or their favorite sports team gear into their engagement sessions! You are also welcome to bring your pet along!
Your Wedding Day
When your wedding day is here, I don't want you to have to worry about a thing except enjoying your day! To tell your story fully, myself and my second photographer will arrive during your preparation and stay all the way through to your reception!
Getting Ready
It's time to get pretty (and handsome)! On your wedding day, my second photographer and I will arrive early to capture detail photos of your attire, accessories, venue and decor. I will then spend time with the bride and bridesmaids to capture your preparation while my second photographer will capture the groom and groomsmen getting ready. This is the only time during your wedding day where you and your partner to be will not be together, so having a second photographer there to capture their side is essential! Plus, who wants to miss out on all those goofy moments the guys (or girls) will be having together?
The Ceremony
During your ceremony, we will capture every special moment from multiple angles, including the moment that always makes me tear up, (the groom's reaction to the bride walking down the aisle)! You can rest assured that with two photographers, we won't miss any of the special moments like that from either side! We also take special care to capture your ceremony non-intrusively. There's nothing worse than a photographer who is right up in front at your ceremony! My second photographer and I shoot with telephoto and wide angle lenses to insure we capture every moment in a beautiful, yet, discrete way.
Portraits
After your ceremony has ended, we will capture formal portraits of your family, friends and yourselves, as the new Mr. and Mrs.! Some couples like to do this before their ceremony or after their First Look. We will decide together what works best for you! Family portraits are very special, but also most couple's least favorite part of the wedding day because sometimes they can seem tedious (and your face gets tired from smiling so much!) To help things flow as stress free as possible, I prepare a list of who is in each photo (based on the important people you want captured), typically starting with large groups and working our way down, paying special attention to capture family member who may need to sit sooner, like grandparents or kids. Once we have captured all of the beautiful family portraits, I take the bride and groom (you!) off for some special couple's portraits!
The Reception
When you are announced into your reception, we will be right there to capture every moment of it and everything that follows. Throughout your reception, I make it a priority to capture group photos of all of your guests so you can remember who came to share your special day with you. We will also capture all of the candids from multiple angels, like your special dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss and grand exit! The later it gets, the more fun the photos! After The Wedding
Sneak Peek
Your big day may be over, but you have memories to last a lifetime! I know your emotions are still running high, you're off to your honeymoon and can't wait to relive your memories through your photos! I always provide my couples with a handful of sneak peek photos 1-3 days after their wedding! First I e-mail them to you and then tag you in a post on Facebook and Instagram (but only if you want!)
Delivery of Photographs & Albums
I know how excited you will be to see your photographs, so I make it a priority to deliver them in the most timely manner possible. You are guaranteed your fully edited, high-resolution photos in only 4 weeks! You'll receive an online gallery for viewing, sharing and ordering prints of your photos as well as a high resolution digital download link to all of your photos! You have full rights to print your photographs wherever you want (I just recommend ordering through me and using my professional printer because the prints are stunning!) Upon delivery of your photographs and if you decided to purchase a wedding album, I will send you instructions for picking your photos for your album, color, style and inscription. Once you have picked your favorite photos, I will send you a custom designed proof of your wedding album design in 2 weeks or less. Once your proof is approved, your album will be delivered to your door within a week!

Most of my couples invest between $4000-$5000+ on their wedding photography experience.
Elopements & Micro-Weddings begin at $1200 + tax
An Elopement or Micro-Wedding is considered small weddings with 25 or fewer guests at one location.
Collections range from 2-4 hours of wedding day coverage.
